William Marshall (1924 - 2003)
Blacula (1972) [Mamuwalde, a.k.a. Blacula]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood by Charles Macauley in the opening sequence; he comes back as a vampire, and finally commits suicide by exposing himself to sunlight in despair after Vonetta McGee's death. (He returned to life in the 1973 sequel Scream, Blacula, Scream, though I don't know the circumstances.)

The Tragedy of Othello, the Moor of Venice (Othello) (1981) [Othello]: Commits suicide by stabbing himself in the stomach; he dies shortly afterwards while embracing Jenny Agutter's body.
