Strange Days (1995) [Dwayne Engelman]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the mouth in Times Square, after his part in Glenn Plummer's murder is publicly revealed.

The Underneath (1995) [Tommy Dundee]: Shot in the chest with his own gun during a struggle with Peter Gallagher.

Albino Alligator (1996) [Law]: Shot in the back in a shoot-out with federal agents, after being stabbed in the stomach with a dart by Viggo Mortensen. (Thanks to Scott)

The Settlement (1999) [Jerry]: Impaled through the back with a swordfish by Kelly McGillis. (Thanks to Scott)

Drowning Mona (2000) [Phil Dearly]: Drowned by Tracey Walter after William drunkely falls into the lake; his body is shown afterwards as the police investigate, and the murder is shown in a flashback later on. (Thanks to Drew, Alex, and Tal)

The Perfect Storm (2000) [David 'Sully' Sullivan]: Drowned, along with the rest of his shipmates, when the boat sinks. (Thanks to Matt and Zahnadu)

Blades of Glory (2007) [Darren MacElroy]: Although he survives the actual movie, the US DVD includes a deleted scene in which he is accidentally shot in the back with a sniper rifle by Nick Swardson, who had been aiming for Jon Heder. (Thanks to Scott and Mathew)

The Dark Knight (2008) [Bank Manager]: Shot several times by Heath Ledger during a bank robbery; the scene ends after Heath places a "grenade" in William's mouth then reveals it to be a harmless smoke bomb. It's not established whether or not William's wounds are fatal, but I'll list it just in case. (Thanks to Tommy)
