Ginger (1971) [Ginger's Brother]: Dies (off-screen) of a drug overdose, some time before the story begins; his body is shown afterwards in a flashback when his sister (Cheri Caffaro) remembers his death.
Raggedy Man (1981) [Arnold]: Reportedly killed, along with his brother (William Sanderson), by Sam Shepard after Sam discovers them trying to rape Sissy Spacek. (I haven't seen this movie myself, but got the information from a plot synopsis.)
