Carry On Henry (Carry On Henry VIII) (1971) [Cardinal Wolsey]: Executed (off-screen) by beheading, along with Kenneth Williams. Sid James offers to spare them if they help him remarry; rather than go through all that again, they ask the executioner to carry out the sentence, and the movie ends with the axe descending. (Played for comic effect.)
