Sebastian Shaw in 'Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi'
Sebastian Shaw (1905 - 1994)
Julius Caesar (1938) [Marcus Brutus]: Commits suicide by throwing himself on his sword. (I haven't seen this version, but I'm familiar with the play.)

Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983) [Anakin Skywalker a.k.a. Darth Vader]: Fatally injured with a barrage of energy by Ian McDiarmid as he kills Ian; he dies shortly afterwards while talking to his son (Mark Hamill). He later appears as a spirit, standing beside the spirits of Alec Guinness and Yoda (Frank Oz); however, in the DVD release, the image of Sebastian's spirit has been replaced with his younger self (Hayden Christensen). (The masked Darth Vader was played by David Prowse, with James Earl Jones providing the voice; Sebastian plays the unmasked Vader. Due to the unusual "triple-cast" nature of this role, I'm listing it for all three actors.)
