|The Strange Case of the End of Civilization As We Know It (1977) [Dr. Henry Gropinger]: Shot repeatedly by a crowd as he gets off of an airplane in Egypt and greets them by saying "Shalom" (having gotten his itinerary mixed up, and believing he was arriving in Israel). Played for comic effect.
Wrong Is Right (The Man with the Deadly Lens) (1982) [King Awad]: Poisoned by a needle hidden in a camera that had been booby-trapped by a CIA agent. We see him react to pricking his finger when he takes a picture of Sean Connery, but his subsequent death occurs off-screen. His body is shown afterwards (covered with a sheet) lying in his tent while Sean talks to Henry Silva.
