The Fearless Vampire Killers, or: Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck (1967) [Alfred]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood by Sharon Tate after she dies and comes back as a vampire while they're escaping from the castle in a carriage.

The Tenant (Le Locataire) (1976) [Trelkovsky]: After jumping from the roof of the building, staggering back up and jumping again, he dies of shock while lying in the hospital (almost completely encased in bandages) when he sees himself standing by his bedside. (This is a recreation of an earlier scene in which the bandaged Dominique Poulange screams and dies after seeing Roman at her bedside; it's suggested that Roman has somehow become Dominique, but the movie is highly open to interpretation.)
