We Own the Night (2007) [Pavel Lubyarsky]: Shot in the head by a police officer while Oleg is trying to kill Joaquin Phoenix (on top of having been stabbed in the neck by Joaquein).
Navy NCIS: Judgment Day (2008) [Viggo Drantyev]: Shot to death (off-camera), along with three other assassins, in a shoot-out with Lauren Holly in an abandoned diner (after which Muse Watson shoots all the assassins again to make certain they're dead); we only hear the shots from outside the building. His body is shown afterwards when Cote de Pablo and Michael Weatherly investigate the scene, and the shoot-out is shown in a flashback afterwards.
