Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen (1981) [Bernard Lupowitz]: Poisoned by Angie Dickinson in his study; Angie then places a gun in his hand and points it at his head so that rigor mortis causes him to pull the trigger, simulating suicide. His death is shown in a flashback when Peter Ustinov explains how it was done.

Dead Silence (2007) [Henry Walker]: Tongue torn out by Judith Roberts' ghost when he screams after seeing her in the crawlspace.
