Mata Hari (1931) [General Serge Shubin]: Shot in the chest by Greta Garbo as Lionel is making a phone call to order her arrest.

Rasputin and the Empress (Rasputin the Mad Monk) (1932) [Grigori Rasputin]: Drowned after falling into the river, after being poisoned, shot in the back, and beaten by assassins.
