| Night of the Living Dead (1968) [Harry Cooper]: Shot during a struggle with Duane Jones; he then goes down into the basement and dies (off-screen) of his wound. His body is shown afterwards when Marilyn Eastman sees the zombie Kyra Schon eating Karl's arm. Shortly afterwards, Karl comes back to life as a zombie and is shot in the head by Duane.
