The House of Rothschild (1934) [Mayer Rothschild/Nathan Rothschild]: Playing a dual role as father and son, the father "Mayer" suffers a heart attack after learning that the courier bringing the money he needed had been robbed; he dies shortly afterwards with his sons gathered by his bedside.
