The Haunting of Morella (1990) [Gideon]: Commits suicide by deliberately dropping a lantern at his feet, causing both himself and Nicole Eggert to burn to death.

The Outer Limits: Feasibility Study (1997) [Joshua Hayward]: Reportedly turned to stone, along with his daughter (Laura Harris) and the other abductees, when they deliberately expose themselves to the alien virus to prevent the aliens from invading earth.
