My Super Psycho Sweet 16 (2009) [Brigg]: Stabbed repeatedly in the chest by Lauren McKnight in the hospital; this turns out to be a dream sequence, and he survives the movie in reality.
Kaboom (2010) [Thor]: Killed (off-camera) in a car crash (along with all the other major characters) when they go over a collapsed bridge at the end of a chase. We only hear the crash after seeing close-ups of each person reacting in horror.
Shark Night 3D (2011) [Blake]: Decapitated when a great white shark jumps out of the water and bites off his head. (Thanks to ND)
