Charles McKeown before his off-screen death in 'Ripping Yarns: Roger of the Raj'

Screenwriter
Monty Python's Life of Brian (1979) [False Prophet/Blind Man/Giggling Guard/Stig]: Playing multiple roles, "Blind Man" possibly falls to his death when he walks into a pit after mistakenly declaring that his sight has been miraculously restored. (It's not established whether or not this is fatal, but I'll list it just in case.) (Played for comic effect.) (Thanks to Tommy)

Ripping Yarns: Roger of the Raj (1979) [Captain Morrison]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself, after violating upper-class tradition by making a lewd remark at the dinner table. We only hear the shot after he leaves the room. (Played for comic effect.)
