Happy Gilmore (1996) [Chubbs Peterson]: Reportedly accidentally falls out of a window, while backing away when Adam Sandler presents him with the head of the alligator that had bitten off Carl's hand years before. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Note: Carl reprised this role in the 2000 movie Little Nicky; although I haven't seen that movie either, I'm assuming that Carl appears as a spirit in the Hell/afterlife scenes.)
