Have Gun--Will Travel: El Paso Stage (1961) [Elmo Crane]: Shot to death in a gunfight with Richard Boone. (Thanks to Michael)

Night Gallery: The Waiting Room (1972) [Doc Soames]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself in his office; he appears as a ghost in the afterlife "saloon," and we hear the shot after he leaves the saloon to relive his death.
